Izabela Tutur-Dudek

Izabela works with corporations, IT departments, smaller businesses and public entities. Her work covers contracts, corporate matters, employment law and internal procedures, particularly where clear communication and careful organisation matter as much as the document itself.
She helps teams put legal advice into practice, from drafting internal rules to clarifying responsibilities and processes. She also supports Fundacja Zmieniam and leads Toastmasters Szczecin.
Outside work, she enjoys climbing, yoga and spending time with her miniature bull terriers.

Maciej founded Lis.Legal. He supports technology companies, software houses, SaaS teams and startups with contracts, data protection, IP and scaling. He also works as a Data Protection Officer.
He starts by clarifying the goal, deadline and risks. He then sets out the options and turns the chosen approach into contracts, negotiations or an implementation plan. His work inside a startup keeps him close to product decisions, technology, compliance, vendors and delivery.
Outside work, he spends time with his greyhound, trains in Thai boxing, travels and plays RPGs.

Anna advises businesses and individuals on contracts, company matters and disputes. Her experience includes logistics work in an international mining company, giving her a practical understanding of commercial negotiations and day-to-day business decisions.
She prepares legal opinions, contracts and company documents, and represents clients before courts and public authorities. Her work includes warranty claims, guarantees, contractual penalties and complaints. She also has a particular interest in international inheritance matters.
Outside work, she enjoys strength training, fitness classes, forest walks with her dog, dancing, travel and good coffee.
